If you have recently used a VenTek pay station and have a question or concern about your experience please contact the local owner or operator where you used the machine. Their contact information should be listed at the location.

We are dedicated to providing the best support service possible and we use this helpdesk as a central point of contact to be able to help you with your requests.

If you need assistance with a VenTek product or service please create a new ticket and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Once you’ve created your first ticket you will be provided an account which will allow you to:

  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.
